We view it—and are in touch with you only

Whether you show us the property in-person or online, we’re always in touch solely with you (unless you prefer us to deal directly with the homeowner, while guaranteeing your commission).

Step 3

You receive an offer to pass onto your client

Once we’ve viewed the property, we’ll send you a final offer to pass onto your clients for their review—with an outline of the commission you will receive. Both want to go ahead? The Closing Day details can be chosen by your client.

On Closing Day: your client gets paid, you get your commission

At the chosen location/date/time by your client, the homeowner signs the final documents and gets paid how they want—while you receive your commission from an otherwise unqualified lead.
